Gutter Cleaning

The Hydropads™ unique patented design includes a “Gutter System” that collects all wastewater containing; mud, gravel, stones, grease, oil and soaps arising from the cleaning process.  These are cleaned out in many ways.

For Those with Minimal Solids Loading

For our customers with minimal solids loading shoveling out the side gutter to remove solids that have settled out is a maintenance task that requires periodic attention. By simply opening the hinged side gutter lid you gain access to the 10” wide (standard) gutter. A bull nose shovel with a flat end fits nicely into the gutter and by running it down each gutter section you may quickly clean out the gutter system.

Using a Sludge Suction Unit

Some customers prefer the use of our Hydroblaster™ powered Sludge Suction Unit™ and Sludge Dewatering Cart™. http://www.hydroblaster.com/images/sumpsucker.jpg

This simple attachment connects to the end of the Hydroblasters wand, the high pressure water is directed through a venturi which creates a massive suction. Acting as like a vacuum cleaner, water and debris is lifted from the gutter and expelled through a 1-1/2” hose. The discharge hose can be placed in our mobile Sludge Dewatering Cart or a vessel of your choice.

Sludge Disposal

New Self Cleaning Gutter System

Our NEW “Self Cleaning Gutter System” makes cleaning out your side or center gutters automatic. Electrically powered augers placed in each gutter section connect together and will move the mud and debris easily down the gutter to a central discharge point. At this discharge point we have several methods of dealing with the large amount of solids that some customers washing operations create. This is individually designed for each customers needs.
