Automatic Undercarriage and Wheel Wash System (AUWS) coupled with entry and exit Hydropad wash rack arrays to provide a drive over solution that's fast and easy to use for all types of equipment with per axle load ratings up to 30 tons.
Approaching vehicle is automatically detected and wash cycle runs until equipment leaves wash platform. Solids drop through grated surface of wash platform and into solids settling tank where they are removed by an integral drag conveyor. Clarified wash water in solids settling tank is recycled and used over and over by wash system.
