The onboard 30 gallon holding tank is filled thru a large 9" diameter fill port. The system includes 8" wheels and can also be transported to the destination by lift truck. This portable version of the 2BC802 Foaming Application System is a compact, self-contained tool for application of liquid or foam solutions to surfaces. It includes a 30-gallon onboard solution tank, frame with 8" casters, dual hose reel (solution and air), control box with integral pump and solution mix controls, mixing chamber, discharge control gun, wand and nozzle.

Chemical mix systems provide precision chemical mixing in a variety of flow rates and ratios. Using the properly mixed solution helps protect users and equipment while controlling costs. The UPR - CMS1 is connected to a large chemical concentrate bulk tank and a water source. Chemical resistant pumps meter the water and concentrate at precise rates through a mixing chamber and into a pressurized holding tank that supplies foam applicators or other processes.
