The 2^nd Generation DAS greatly expanded upon the capabilities of our first iteration by incorporating a full 360° tunnel wash system that ensured 100% disinfectant coverage of vehicles entering AND exiting farms. This design has been wildly popular not only in the poultry industry, but with pork producers and feed mills too. The added benefit of using the 2^nd generation is that you are able to hook-up our innovative Automatic Undercarriage Wash System (AUWS) to a seperate unit and perform a Pre-Wash before the disinfection process.

Our first go at automated disinfection, the 1^st generation was a huge success with its instant deployability and ease of construction & use. This DAS was able to disinfect underneath vehicles and up to 50" high (dock height). With nearly 10 units installed in less than two months, this system was not only the best available system on the market but due to its modular design the DAS was capable of having a wide variety of modifications retro-actively installed with fantastic results.
